Provide a range of administrative support duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining diaries, and managing incoming mail.
Coordinate and process correspondence in line with agreed procedures and within the defined area of responsibility.
Maintain adequate stock and stationery supplies, and order stock and non-stock items using the Trust's E-procurement system.
Order medical equipment and continence pads as requested, utilizing Trust IT systems.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a team administration or office environment (1-2 years)
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and records managementQualifications:
4 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade A*-C) or equivalent, or relevant experience
