Production Operative
Location: Leominster (home of Tyrrells hand cooked potato crisps)
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Hours: 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
Rotation: Days and nights

The job involves carrying out a variety of factory tasks safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to ensure high-quality production. The role is wide-ranging with full training, including operating the line (packing or process), completing routines, performing checks, and reporting defects.

What will you be doing?
* Operating machinery on frying or packing lines, ensuring safety and efficiency.
* Monitoring data systems to maintain high standards, reporting issues promptly.
* Resolving machine issues to minimise downtime.
* Completing routines, quality checks, and maintaining records.
* Receiving full training and working as part of a friendly team at Leominster.

Job requirements
* Experience in manufacturing or the food industry (desirable)
* Level 2 Food Safety qualification (desirable, training provided)
* Good literacy and numeracy skills in English
* Ability to take ownership and work independently or in a team
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
