Arcus FM are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Performance & Integration Manager, to join us on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be required to develop and execute a 5-year data and technology roadmap for a key client, driving operational efficiency through smart use of data, systems, and digital tools, ensuring alignment across asset management, operations, and supply chain.
* Competitive Salary - Circa £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
* 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Strategic Technology Planning
* Develop and deliver a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.
* Identify, assess, and introduce emerging technologies and SaaS tools to enhance permitting, contractor management, H&S, and document control.
Data Governance & Strategy
* Define and implement consistent data governance frameworks, taxonomies, and standards across asset and operational workflows.
* Partner with Asset and Operations teams to ensure accurate, organised, and high-quality data collection and utilisation.
Systems Leadership
* Liaise with Ostara (CMMS), IT, and Information Security teams to support API integrations and supply chain connectivity.
* Lead enhancements to core systems and ensure interoperability with third-party platforms.
* Work collaboratively with the Data & MI Centre of Excellence to maintain alignment with best practice and drive innovation.
Insight & Reporting
* Own the Power BI reporting ecosystem for the account, including dashboard development and requirements definition for Data Warehouse integration.
* Drive adoption, training, and understanding of reporting outputs across operational teams.
Performance Management Support
* Translate system outputs into meaningful insights and performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
* Partner with department leads to embed data-driven decision-making into daily operations.
Team Leadership
* Line manage the Data Manager and Business Reporting Analyst, providing strategic direction, coaching, and development support.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the data and reporting function.
Qualifications
* Completion of an advanced Microsoft-accredited Power BI course such as PL-300 (Data Analyst Associate), or equivalent diploma-level training covering semantic modelling, governance, and secure deployment.
Experience & Expertise
* Significant experience in data strategy, systems integration, and reporting within a facilities management or asset-intensive environment.
* Strong understanding of CMMS platforms (preferably Ostara) and API-driven system architecture.
* Expert-level Power BI capability, including data modelling, report building, governance, and user enablement.
* Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS tools for operational functions (e.g., permitting, contractor management, safety systems).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
* Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical capability and a passion for using technology to drive operational efficiency.
* Demonstrable experience implementing data governance frameworks, ideally supported by formal training in role-based access, workspace management, and enterprise reporting.
