Based in London and working closely with senior colleagues across Europe, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile transactions across infrastructure, power, energy transition and related sectors. Our M&A division advises leading financial investors, corporates and sponsors on complex buy-side and sell-side transactions across EMEA. The team is recognised for its strong sector expertise, integrated product offering and collaborative, cross-border approach. The Role As an Analyst, you will play a key role in the origination and execution of Infrastructure M&A transactions, working closely with senior bankers, financing and debt advisory teams, and sector coverage colleagues across the organisation.
