We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Associate to join our client's prestigious estate agency in Berkhamsted. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the agency, supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, overseeing property listings, and assisting with the valuation and sale of high-value homes. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations within the agency, working closely with both clients and the sales team to ensure smooth transactions. Your role will be key in delivering excellent customer service and driving the business forward by actively contributing to its growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both clients and prospective buyers, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the property selling process. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Overseeing Property Listings: Manage and coordinate property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately represent the property. This includes writing compelling property descriptions and liaising with photographers and contractors when necessary. High-Value Property Valuations: Conduct detailed valuations for high-value homes, providing clients with accurate and insightful market appraisals. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all sales processes are handled smoothly from initial inquiry through to completion. Provide support and coordination to ensure targets are met and sales are completed on time. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and local property pricing to provide clients with accurate advice and to assist with setting competitive pricing strategies. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all property transactions and client interactions comply with industry regulations and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all transactions and communications. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed client expectations to build long-lasting business relationships. Team Support: Support the team in daily tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and contribute to the overall success of the agency. Key Requirements: Experience in Estate Agency: A minimum of two years of experience in estate agency, with a proven track record in property sales or lettings, ideally within a reputable agency. Experience in valuing high-value homes is highly desirable. Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, buyers, and the team in a clear and professional manner. Excellent Organisational and Multitasking Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that deadlines are met. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of property market trends, property sales techniques, and local market conditions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Property Software: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software. Experience with CRM systems is beneficial. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, offering support and sharing knowledge to achieve collective goals.
