Day-to-Day Responsibilities Supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour Using de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement Helping maintain a structured and safe learning environment Supporting pupils to stay engaged in lessons Learning behaviour management strategies from experienced staff Providing consistent support throughout the school day A rewarding role where you’ll make a real difference.
