The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be:
Patient, caring, and proactive
Passionate about SEN education
Confident supporting students with additional learning needs
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Comfortable working in a classroom-based SEN settingExperience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker, Youth Worker, or Care Worker would be highly beneficial.
Graduates interested in education, psychology, speech and language therapy, or child development are also encouraged to apply.
