HCRG Staffing are looking for a Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in Wiltshire for a local authority/ Council. Excellent pay rate of £36.54 per hour (umbrella of your choice) The successful Occupational Therapist (OT) would need at least two years of post-qualification experience. Holding a valid full UK driver's license, as they'll be conducting visits to clients in their own homes or other settings, such as hospitals. The Reablement team positively impacts individuals' lives following illness, injury, loss of confidence or hospital admission. The service is led by Occupational Therapists, alongside Occupational Therapy Assistants and Support Workers. Their OTs work proactively with customers in their own homes to achieve greater independence, promote their well-being and minimise long-term care needs. In this placement, you will conduct strengths-based assessments, and work with customers and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans to enable them to achieve their goals.
