We are looking for someone to provide administrative and legal support to the wider team.

This role will be based at our Head Office which is a short walk from either Angel or Old Street station. This role is 5 days a week in the office.

Main Responsibilities:

*

Legal research and memorandum writing.

*

Drafting document summaries.

*

Drafting meeting agendas and minutes; attending meetings as appropriate.

*

Assisting in the preparation of legal training sessions.

*

Proofreading/reviewing correspondence on contractual issues.

*

Proofreading/reviewing Contractor’s Reports.

*

Assisting in the creation of contract administration guidance (to include manuals, correspondence, reports, etc.) for new projects.

*

Interviews and evidence gathering on projects.

*

Developing construction industry knowledge.

*

Managing and filing enquires, emails and correspondence for the legal department.

*

Managing the bundling and collating of documentation.

*

Generally providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager.

We’re Looking For:

*

Minimum of 2:1 in an undergraduate law degree or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).

*

Completion of the Legal Practical Course (LPC) or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC).

*

Previous legal work experience.

*

Knowledge of the construction industry.
