To continue the successful growth of our TD team within EY’s Consulting practice, we are looking for experienced, motivated people who have previously worked in programme and project management, business or digital transformation roles, either in industry or in a client-side advisory role, to join our team.

Our approach to delivering exceptional programme/project management and transformation services is underpinned by three key features:
* Providing transformation and project management capability to help clients deliver projects and programmes that generate real business value.
* Working with a diverse range of clients across sectors including government, energy, utilities, transport, education, consumer products, and retail.
* Collaborating with EY teams to bring comprehensive consultancy services to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
To grow EY’s successful TD business, we seek experienced Senior Managers responsible for:
Client Responsibilities:
* Managing and delivering large-scale transformation programmes and projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Leading major project activities, including business process design, testing, and end-user training involving multiple stakeholders.
* Building valued relationships with external clients and internal teams, developing a business portfolio focused on high-impact opportunities.
* Ensuring high-quality work products are delivered consistently by EY teams, supporting our global brand and reputation.
* Serving as a subject matter expert in one or more areas, shaping our services based on your expertise.
* Leading presentations and proposals for complex projects, providing insights for bids and proposals.
* Creating innovative insights for clients, adapting methods to fit operational and cultural needs, and contributing to thought leadership.
* Driving improvements through engagement and risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with QRM requirements.
Internal Responsibilities:
* Assisting in client account management activities, including recruitment, financial management, and quality assurance.
* Building relationships to generate new business opportunities.
* Leading and supporting project proposals and presentations.
* Communicating effectively with senior management and motivating teams.
* Understanding EY’s service offerings and identifying opportunities to serve clients better.
* Building internal relationships across services.
* Supporting team development, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
* Participating in recruitment, training, and retention activities.
* Following and communicating workplace policies and procedures.
Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify, you must have:
* Experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role in industry or the public sector.
* Over 8 years of project management experience managing large projects and transformation programmes.
* Experience as a client-facing project manager using waterfall methodologies in relevant sectors.
* Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Master / Product Owner, SAFe Scrum Master / Product Owner are preferred.
* Multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, testing, and training.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Understanding of project governance and change management principles.
* Strong educational qualifications, with additional professional certifications like PRINCE2 or PMP being desirable.
* Interest in process improvement, agile methodologies, and business case development.
* Legal right to work in Ireland.
