A 13‑month temporary contract role supporting the operations of a busy Customer Contact Centre.
Reporting directly to the Customer Contact Coordinator, the successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of customer service agents.
Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated team of customer service agents.
* Report to the Customer Contact Coordinator and collaborate with the broader contact centre team.
* Support day‑to‑day operations of a busy Customer Contact Centre.
Qualifications
* Supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
