We are seeking an experienced Senior Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential developments across London. About the Role In this hybrid role, you will manage a portfolio of prestigious residential blocks. Youll liaise with high-net-worth clients, leaseholders, and contractors, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with all relevant legislation. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a calm, problem-solving mindset are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of luxury residential blocks, ensuring top-tier care and presentation.
Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
Oversee service charge budgeting, building inspections, and contractor performance.
Ensure all properties are compliant with lease terms and health and safety regulations.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, resolving issues proactively.
Attend board meetings and AGMs, delivering reports and updates with clarity and professionalism.
About You Proven experience in block management, ideally in the high-end residential sector.
Confident managing demanding clients and stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with senior-level clients.
Calm under pressure and solution-focused.
Property-related qualifications are desirable (e.g., IRPM).
