These roles are based in Reading, where we have a residential home for 7 adults with complex physical, medical, and learning needs and a supported living service for 5 adults with learning disabilities. The people who live with us need full support in all aspects of their lives. The level of care we provide and the outcomes for those who live with us are outstanding.
The position will involve working across both of our services and supporting people within their own homes in the community.
Must be a driver with a full manual licence due to service needs.

What you’ll be doing:
* Personal care, feeding, cooking, some cleaning, and key working.
* In-house activities like baking, arts and crafts, board games, sensory activities, and reading.
* Outdoor activities such as clubs, outings, social events, family contact, swimming, holidays, shopping, and planning.
* Lone working may be required.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including early (7:30 am - 2:45 pm), late (2:15 pm - 9:30 pm), and nights if needed. Shift times may change based on service needs.
* The position involves working across both services and supporting people in their homes and community settings.
