This role also offers a competitive base salary of up to £56,000, plus up to £18,000 in quarterly bonuses based on occupancy and achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings. Who Were Looking For Youll be a confident, child-centred leader with: Minimum 5 years experience within residential childcare At least 2 years supervising or managing teams NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare A consistent track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted results Youll bring excellence, resilience, and a deep commitment to transforming young lives.
