Overview
A leading top‑200 law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing commercial property team. The role involves handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development work, landlord and tenant transactions, and investment matters.
Responsibilities
* Deal with a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant, investment, and general commercial property work.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Gain exposure to complex, high‑value commercial property matters.
Qualifications
* 1‑4 years post‑qualified experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
* At least 12 months of experience dealing with all types of commercial property matters.
