Role Highlights
* No weekends or bank holidays required
* £48,000 basic salary + shift allowances + monthly KPI bonus
* 3-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
* 5 weeks holiday
* Up to ca £54,000 p.a.
* Overtime paid at 1.5x rate

What You'll Need
* Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Cross-disciplinary skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
* Strong fault-finding abilities and continuous improvement mindset
* Health and safety consciousness
* Willingness to learn in our innovative manufacturing environment
