About the Role
The Sales Support Executive provides analytical, administrative, and coordination support across the full sales cycle. Your duties will include:
* Sales Analysis & Reporting
Producing meaningful sales insights, maintaining KPI dashboards, and supporting forecasting activities that help guide commercial performance and decision-making.
* Field Team Support
Acting as the primary internal contact for field-based account managers, coordinating requests, preparing sales materials, and ensuring teams have the tools needed to succeed.
* Account Set-Up & CRM Management
Managing new customer onboarding and maintaining accurate CRM data within Monday.com, ensuring systems remain reliable and audit-ready.
* Operational Administration
Providing day-to-day commercial administrative support to ensure smooth execution of business operations and sales initiatives.
About You
You are detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with data in a fast-moving sales environment. You enjoy solving problems, supporting colleagues, and bringing structure to complex workflows.
You will bring:
* Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or analytical role
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, reporting)
* Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting sales data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to prioritise multiple requests and manage competing deadlines
* Experience working with CRM systems (Monday.com or similar preferred)
