This role involves managing a caseload of families under Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection Plan (CPP), Public Law Outline (PLO), legal proceedings, and Supervision Orders (SO). Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of families under CIN, CPP, PLO, Proceedings, and SO.
* Conduct regular home visits to assess family needs and progress.
* Attend core group meetings to collaborate with other professionals.
* Prepare detailed court reports to support legal proceedings.
Requirements
* Experience in managing caseloads within child protection frameworks.
* Strong ability to conduct assessments and home visits.
