We are looking for a highly motivated Domestic Energy Assessor to join our team. This role involves visiting residential properties on behalf of our growing list of estate agent, private seller, and landlord clients to carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments and produce accurate floorplans. The role also includes light administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
Start Date: Mid-Late September 2025.
Experience is preferred but not required—full training will be provided for the right candidate upon starting the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct EPC assessments and lodge reports in a timely manner.
* Measure properties and create accurate floorplans, typically on the same day as the visit.
* Provide administrative support, such as booking appointments and preparing floorplan files.
Skills & Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes precisely.
* Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management.
* Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).
* Previous experience in a property-related field is beneficial but not essential.
* A full UK driving licence is required.
