We are recruiting a Business Development Executive
We are a fast-growing company in the recovered materials sector and are looking for someone with a passion for business development to help us expand our market reach and drive new opportunities.
Main duties will include:
1. Explore and develop sales channels for recovered materials (UK & International).
2. Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our products.
3. Manage end-to-end logistics, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency.
4. Identify new business opportunities (e.g., metals recovery, sustainable commodities).
5. Build strong relationships with partners, brokers, and buyers.
6. Support senior management with innovative commercial ideas.
7. Create a fully functional database.
8. Conduct fact-finding through various channels to gather information.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
1. Experience in marketing or business development (preferably in logistics, finance, recycling, or commodities).
2. Proven ability to grow new business and open markets.
3. Solid understanding of logistics and regulatory requirements.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge of the export market is advantageous.
6. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial focus.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 am - 4:15 pm, and on Fridays: 7:30 am - 3:15 pm.
