The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, assisting with client servicing, report preparation and the implementation of financial advice.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing client valuation reports and meeting packs
* Supporting the preparation of suitability reports and associated documentation
* Submitting applications and processing client instructions (e.g. fund switches, withdrawals)
* Liaising with providers and platforms to track and progress business
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
* Assisting advisers with pre- and post-meeting administration
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience within financial planning or a broader financial services environment. However, individuals with strong administrative experience and a keen interest in the sector will also be considered.
To be considered you MUST also live local to the offices in Truro.
