The post is to cover a maternity leave of an established member of staff. The post will start on 1st September 2024 and is anticipated to last until early July 2025. We are looking for an efficient school administrator with excellent organisational skills to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Headteacher and staff of the school. As the initial point of contact for families, visitors and telephone callers, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills and be able to deal with staff, parents, visitors and children. The role requires someone who is enthusiastic, conscientious, efficient, honest and friendly who is able to work in a busy office environment. They will have a flexible approach to managing workload, excellent self-organisation skills, the ability to use their initiative and work independently. The role is a key member of the office staff and will work closely with the School Business Manager and the Learning Mentor as well as the Head Teacher.
