A well:established regional firm is seeking a senior lawyer to join its busy Commercial Department, with a view to playing a key role in its future development. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to step into a leadership role and shape the future of the department.
The Opportunity:
- Work with a strong existing client base while also having the freedom to develop your own
- Commercial Property focused caseload including leases, acquisitions/disposals, and landlord and tenant work
- Real opportunity to lead and influence the direction of the department
- The role is open across any of the firm's Devon:based offices; however, it could suit someone looking to develop and grow a client base in that region
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years PQE in commercial property law
- Confident managing a broad caseload independently
- Strong business development skills and a desire to take on a more strategic role
- Previous experience supervising junior staff or contributing to team development is desirable
- Someone seeking a long:term position with partnership potential
