We specialise in resourcing and deploying Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) to meet the dynamic needs of Defence and public service projects.

We are now seeking a highly experienced Defence Resource Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our consulting talent pipeline, with a focus on the Defence sector.

You will be instrumental in sourcing, assessing, and presenting top-tier talent to support RT Consultings Defence projects. You will work closely with our Resourcing and Delivery teams to build a robust network of permanent and associate consultants, aligned with our strategic growth plans.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Defence landscape, with a focus on engaging Service Leavers and helping them transition into industry roles that leverage their skills and experiences.
