Role Description
This is a full-time, office based role for a Property Paralegal located in our Manchester office. As a Property Paralegal at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for assisting with residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, etc.)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
* Liaising with clients, agents and solicitors with general enquiries
* At least 12 months of experience as a property paralegal
* Completing SDLT Returns
* Companies House submissions
* Submitting HMLR applications and dealing with requisitions
* Dealing with Leasehold post-completion requirements
* Assisting fee earners with exchange and completion
* Opening files and assisting with AML compliance
* File closing
