Role Overview

The School Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the school’s operational functions and contributing to strategic leadership.

* Preparing financial reports for Governors and Trustees

* Overseeing HR and recruitment compliance

* Managing health and safety procedures

Operations Team

The School Business Manager works directly with the Headteacher and Governing Board. The operational team includes finance officers, HR support, and premises staff.
