About Caridon Group
Caridon Group is a UK-based social housing and property investment company managing a portfolio of 2,000+ properties. Our operations span rent-guarantee schemes, council lease negotiations, property procurement, and new ventures.
Our data currently sits across platforms including Arthur, Xero, and Plentific, alongside internal spreadsheets. We are now investing in a unified data and automation capability—and this role is central to that transformation.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Data Architecture & AI Automation Specialist to design and deliver a Unified Data Hub that brings together our systems, automates high-value processes, and enables real-time, intelligent decision-making.
This is a genuinely high-impact project with:
* Strong leadership buy-in
* Clearly defined scope
* Full autonomy over architecture and tooling
You'll work directly with senior stakeholders to turn operational complexity into scalable, elegant solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Data Hub Architecture
* Audit existing systems and map data flows across the business
* Design and implement a scalable cloud data solution (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Python/SQL stack)
* Build real-time pipelines across Arthur, Xero, Plentific, Moovo, and Bright HR
Process Automation
* Identify and deliver automation across finance, compliance, and operations
* Automate bank reconciliation and Universal Credit monitoring
* Build a compliance scanner for gas certificates, EPCs, Right to Rent, and more
* Streamline tenant onboarding workflows
Reporting & AI Layer
* Ensure GDPR-compliant data handling and security
Handover & Enablement
* Train internal teams across finance, operations, and marketing
* Fully document systems and architecture
* Deliver a clean handover for long-term internal ownership
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in data architecture, systems integration, or solutions architecture
* Advanced Python, SQL, and API integration skills
* Proven experience building data hubs or centralised reporting systems
* Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or N8N
* Strong BI experience (Power BI or similar)
* Hands-on experience implementing LLMs in production
* Experience with accounting/ERP systems (especially Xero or Sage)
* Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Highly Relevant Experience
* UK property, social housing, or financial services
* Familiarity with Arthur or similar property platforms
* Understanding of Housing Benefit / Universal Credit workflows
* Experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric)
