With four offices nationwide and a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranking for employment work, the firm offers high-quality matters, early responsibility and strong career progression. Role Overview You will work alongside senior executives, partners and managers on: Grievances, disciplinary issues, performance management, unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements The role also involves supporting junior lawyers as a role model and trusted adviser. Clients & Work The firm's employer clients include leading brands in tech, retail, pharma and financial services. Work will cover: Day-to-day employment law advice Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures Strategic HR and management support Reorganisations, TUPE matters and business transfers Alongside its specialist employment practice, the firm also advises on corporate law, business immigration, and pensions, providing opportunities for broader cross-departmental exposure.
