Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing procurement team. Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships in a regulated aerospace environment. Drive cost, quality, delivery, risk, and compliance performance. Lead procurement input to new product introduction, programmes, and cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones are met. Support business growth, customer commitments, and operational excellence. Requirements What we’re looking for Senior procurement leadership experience in regulated manufacturing. Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management capability. Deep understanding of quality, compliance, and traceability requirements. Experience supporting complex programmes or project-based delivery.
