Senior Pension Administrator - UK Pension Consultancy
A leading UK Pension Consultancy is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to join their Scheme Administration team.
To qualify, you should have experience in a similar role and strong DB Pension knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update member records accurately.
2. Process member events such as Retirements, Deaths, Early leavers, Transfers In, Transfers Out, and provide Illustrative quotations.
3. Serve as a reference point on technical issues and non-standard cases.
4. Escalate complex queries to the Team Leader and technical support team.
5. Prepare and verify manual and computer-generated benefit calculations and related correspondence.
6. Maintain the in-house pension administration database.
7. Peer review and check member and scheme events processed by less experienced administrators for compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
8. Attend Trustee or client meetings.
9. Participate in internal and external meetings to support scheme event and project administration issues.
10. Stay updated on technical and scheme changes.
