What youll be doing:
* Engage customers over the telephone and virtual platforms, guiding them through the kitchen design and sales process
* Understand individual customer needs, expectations and budgets to recommend tailored kitchen solutions
* Maximise every sales opportunity and consistently work towards delivering or exceeding targets
* Liaise directly with store colleagues to ensure successful end‑to‑end project management
* Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries professionally and efficiently
