Responsibilities
* Typing of quotations and sending out to clients
* Answer phone calls professionally and address inquiries
* Support team members with clerical tasks to enhance productivity
Requirements
* Strong administrative skills
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* Ability to type accurately and efficiently
* Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
