We are seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, inputting and emailing of quotes daily and answering of phones.

Responsibilities

* Typing of quotations and sending out to clients
* Answer phone calls professionally and address inquiries
* Support team members with clerical tasks to enhance productivity

Requirements

* Strong administrative skills
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* Ability to type accurately and efficiently
* Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,400.00-£25,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
