Customer Service Advisor Opportunity – Delivering Outstanding Customer Support In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to general queries, challenges, and complaints. It's your mission to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience by listening, problem-solving, and supporting them throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities – Customer Support, Problem Solving & Communication Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Investigate and resolve customer issues with a strong focus on efficiency and satisfaction. Collaborate with multiple departments to reach the best possible solutions for our customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system. Provide proactive customer support, anticipating needs before they arise. Organise and manage your daily workflow independently. Apply effective negotiation and objection handling skills. Work with cases across the UK including Scotland, demonstrating geographical flexibility. About You – Skills & Experience for Customer Success Excellent listening and communication skills. Must have experience delivering customer service over the phone and in writing via email. Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or complaint handling role. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Extremely organised, with the ability to manage a varied and busy workload. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and personal development.
