Service Advisor required, in Brighton
Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking to progress your career within a reputable Franchised Dealership? Our client, a well-established and respected Dealership in Brighton, is currently looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a prestigious dealership environment that values high standards of customer service and staff development.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £29,500 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of up to £38,000
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
1-in-4 Saturday mornings (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM), retail work only — no workshop duties
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional holiday entitlement based on length of service

Driving sales and profit growth through effective communication and upselling
Upholding the dealership’s professional image and quality standards consistentlyRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a prestige or franchised dealership environment
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
A professional and friendly approach to customers and team members
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Basic Motor Trade knowledge and sales skills
Familiarity with Power DMS and RTC systems is advantageous
