Randstad Student Support is actively seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential one-on-one support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) and Autism at West Herts College. Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized learning plans, guide students in effective study strategies, assess student progress, collaborate with university staff, utilize online teaching technologies, and create personalized learning materials.

Qualification/education
Relevant professional body memberships (PATOSS, BDA, PASSHE, ADHSE, Dyslexia Guild) are required. Proven experience working with SPLDs and Autism is essential.
Experience
Proven teaching experience with students with SPLDs and Autism.
Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to develop and implement individualized learning plans.* Proficiency in utilizing online teaching technologies.* Experience assessing student progress and adapting plans accordingly.
