What you’ll need to succeed:
* Minimum of eight years’ experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy
* Strong proficiency in 3D design (Tekla essential; Revit advantageous)
* Chartered status with IStructE or ICE
* Degree-qualified (MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering, or equivalent)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
* A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving ability
