Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a qualification in quality improvement and experience in a similar role.
Main Responsibilities:
* To drive the delivery of quality strategy across our services, working closely with Regional Managers to provide an effective and proactive QA service.
* To oversee the services within their designated region, monitoring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
* A qualification in a quality improvement related field or equivalent skills within another qualification.
* Educated to level 5 NVQ or equivalent in a Health & Social-care related subject.
* Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent management experience including quality improvement.
