The Role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery leading design, engaging with clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes on site, as well as mentoring Junior Engineers.
What You’ll Do
* Lead mechanical design on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects
* Work with the Mechanical Director closely
* Deliver projects in line with RIBA work stages
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
* Oversee installation, commissioning, and quality of delivery
* Mentor Junior Engineers
* Champion sustainable, low-carbon engineering solutions
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering UK building services projects
* Strong understanding of RIBA stages
* Confident communicator and team collaborator
* Proactive problem solver with a practical mindset
* Degree / HND / HNC qualified
* Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM (desirable)
