About the role:
As our Warehouse Logistics Manager, you will ensure all food and items produced by their production unit are efficiently dispatched to their various sites. This is a hands-on, night-time role, requiring full flexibility and strong operational oversight.
Key Responsibilitities
* Oversee night-time dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries to all sites.
* Manage stock levels, perform regular stock takes, and maintain accurate records.
* Plan and schedule driver routes efficiently.
* Organise staff rotas, including holidays, to maintain smooth operations.
* Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards.
* Coordinate deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time and without issues.
What They Are looking for:
* A Warehouse Manager with night shift flexibility with a Full UK Driving Licence.
* Proven experience in logistics, stock management, and staff scheduling.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
* Hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.
