Job Description


Key Responsibilities

* Manage payroll administration and related processes for remote operating companies

* Perform general administrative duties as required

* Support auditing tasks as directed by the Regional Manager or Head of Nursing

* Manage diaries and provide clerical support for the Operations Director

* Assist the Managing Director with administrative tasks

* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures


Qualifications


Essential Skills & Experience

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work independently and remotely

* Previous payroll administration experience

Desirable Skills & Experience

* Experience in a PA or executive support role
