The Role You will manage a diverse real estate caseload, including:
* Acting on commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and leases
* Advising on development, investment, and landlord & tenant matters
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
* Conducting due diligence and reporting to clients
* Managing matters from instruction through to completion
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
