This dynamic role will see you managing a range of employee relations cases from start to finish while supporting the HR Manager with consultations as needed.
Please note:A driving license is essential for this role, as occasional travel to other sites may be required.
Responsibilities:
* Handle all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
* Manage cases end-to-end, from investigations to advising managers
* Assist with consultations related to restructures, redundancies,TUPE (essential),and contract variations.
* Oversee and support HR Administrators with tasks - new starter inductions, right-to-work checks, reference requests, and maintaining accurate electronic personnel files.
* Draft letters, such as probation outcome letters, flexible working requests, and family-related communications.
