Role
Relief/Bank Support Worker in Tudhoe, County Durham, providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support to service users.
- Assist service users accessing a wide variety of personal development opportunities.
- Cover 24‑hour duty shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Work within a positive behaviour support framework and uphold team values.
Qualifications
- 12 months of UK care experience.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Patience and adaptability to diverse communication styles.
- Ability to take responsibility and develop confidence as a skilled practitioner.
- Candidate must be located in and eligible to work in the UK; no sponsorship will be offered for Skilled Worker visa holders.
