1. What you’ll be doing
* Driving performance across all departments to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of financial targets
* Working with Department Managers to create coordinated, detailed annual plans aligned with long-term business goals
* Establishing effective organisational structures and control systems to ensure efficient operations
* Monitoring trends and identifying potential risks, taking timely corrective action
* Responding to competitive market activity to protect and grow the business
* Leading and developing Department Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector
* Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
* Demonstrable track record of success
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and perform under pressure
* Full UK driving licence
