* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
* Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
* Ensure effective communication between stakeholders to drive success.
Profile
A successful Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) should have:
* Proven experience managing national accounts within beauty.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends.

Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £90,000 per annum.
