Overview
Digital Ticketing Delivery Manager (secondment/FTC) (3174) role at GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway).
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for delivering digital innovation via our digital channels to encourage customers to self-serve and maximise revenue opportunities via our digital channels. Improve the ticket purchasing experience to be frictionless for customers. Identify areas for improvement, liaise with suppliers to improve the customer experience, and address customer feedback promptly.
Deliver new functionality and features within agreed timescales to meet business objectives. Ensure thorough testing of new features in the user acceptance environment before going live in production to ensure a seamless launch. Lead the digital SISJ programme of works within the digital platforms, ensuring end-to-end processes are in place including budget. You will play a key role in shaping the strategy as our customers move to online purchases and mobile ticketing solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Detailed understanding of digital ticketing including ITSO Smart ticketing and barcode, plus conventional ticketing at stations.
* Understanding of the supply chain and governance process with Rail Delivery Group and DfT.
* Understanding of National Conditional of Travel.
* Knowledge of Ticketing and Settlement Agreement.
* Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Standard, to ensure our digital platforms are compliant.
* Educated to degree standard or have a recognised relevant alternative qualification.

Location and employment details
Your role will be based in our state-of-the-art offices at Monument, less than a minute’s walk from Monument tube station, or a short walk from London Bridge, with mobility to other locations as required.
