Regional Sales Manager (Decorative Lighting) – Southern UK
£65–70k basic (DOE) + High OTE + Car / Car Allowance
Overview
An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a growing, design-led decorative lighting manufacturer covering the South of the UK.
This role offers a strong platform for success, with access to an extensive and well-established database of existing and lapsed clients, providing immediate opportunities to generate revenue and build relationships.
You will focus on nurturing, re-engaging, and growing these accounts while identifying new business opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and growing regional sales to achieve UK targets and objectives primarily within the hospitality and contract sectors
* Proactively managing, nurturing, and reactivating an existing database of clients
* Driving revenue through a mix of account development and new business
* Managing and developing key accounts to maximise their full potential
* Identifying and securing new opportunities for business growth
* Working closely with internal teams including sales, customer service, and marketing
* Providing market insight to support product development and pricing strategy
* Attending customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar sales role, ideally within decorative lighting or a related sector
* Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, relationship-led approach
* Experience managing and growing existing accounts as well as winning new business
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
* Willingness to travel across London and Southern UK
