Senior Associate - Private Wealth Disputes Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Location: South East (Hybrid working available)An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded, top-tier law firm (recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers) within its specialist Private Wealth Disputes team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-value and often high-profile contentious private client matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of private wealth disputes, including:Contentious probate and estate disputesInheritance Act claimsTrust disputes and administration issuesCourt of Protection-related mattersChallenges to wills and issues of capacityYou will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work and sophisticated clients.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of complex contentious private client mattersProviding clear, strategic and sensitive advice to clientsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting business development and networking initiativesCollaborating with colleagues across the wider firm
About You
Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with relevant experience (typically 5+ PQE)Experience in private wealth disputes, contentious probate or similar litigationStrong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detailA commercial and empathetic approach to client serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
