We're supporting a long-established, Chartered firm of Independent Financial Advisers in Henley in their search for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team. What you'll do:
* Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Client Relationship Managers
* Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records
* Liaise with product providers and clients regarding policy queries, valuations, and documentation
* Support client review meetings through preparation of reports and documentation
* Ensure all activity is fully compliant with regulatory standards and internal procedures
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
* Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including pensions, investments, and protection
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficient in using back-office systems (e.g., Intelligent Office or similar CRM)
* A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
