The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and reactive works across a diverse commercial portfolio, including healthcare, hospitality, office, and mixed-use buildings. This is a hands-on role, working on air conditioning and associated HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry regulations.
